A Little [LENNY KRAVITZ] for a Saturday Night

I'm back with my song pick for the letter "F" in my ABC's of Good Music. And I decided on a fabulous song that I'm sure everyone will vibe to. I hope that you will enjoy "Fly Away" by Lenny Kravitz and like me, imagine flying away to places unknown!!

Music Therapy with Miss Moon

Happy Monday, everybody! I am feeling so much better and am back to work, and back to blogging. My quit smoking plan didn't work out as I hoped, but I am taking it easy on myself and I know that it will happen at the right time.

This week's song choice for Music Therapy is one that has been on my mind for quite some time. It's an older song that has a message that resonates today as much as it did back then. I dedicate this to the men and women taking it to the streets here in New York City and all over the globe. Here's "Let Love Rule", by Lenny Kravitz.

Let Love Rule

Love is gentle as a rose
And love can conquer any war
It's time to take a stand
Brothers and sisters join hands

We got to let love rule
Let love rule

We got to let love rule
Let love rule

Love transcends all space and time
And love can make a little child smile
Can't you see this won't go wrong
But we got to be strong
We can't do it alone

We got to let love rule
Let love rule

We got to let love rule
Let love rule

Music Therapy with Miss Moon

Happy Monday, Everybody!!!! It's a new week, one with full of new opportunities, and a new Music Therapy with Miss Moon song.

Let's face it: Once and awhile, life is going to knock us on our bubblegooses. It happens! It has to me, at least.. and I am more than a bit sure its happen to you, too! My song choice for this week from Lenny Kravitz's upcoming album, Black And White America, serves as a reminder on what to do in those instances when we fall. I hope you all will enjoy, Stand.

Don't give up,
You're gonna see tomorrow
That you'll be on your feet again
Sometimes the world's gonna knock you over
But you will see who you are your friends

Come on, stand, up again
Come on, stand,
Stand, you're gonna run again

Your faith and patience will be your soldiers
To guide you through your troubled times
Just put one foot in front of the other
The battles are inside your mind
You have the power to face your demons
No matter how they go on time
And rid yourself of your fear and weakness
So you can start to live your life

COME ON! stand, up again
Come on, stand,
Stand, you're gonna run again

COME ON! stand, up again
Come on, stand,
Stand, you're gonna run again

Pick up your will
And put on your face
If you need to, just take my hand
It's time to demonstrate, don't hesitate
Just get up and say: Yes, I can

Stand, up again
Come on, stand,
Stand, you're gonna run again

Stand, up again
Come on, stand,
Stand, you're gonna run again

Check it Out!!
