A Little [ADELE] for a Saturday Night

When I was much younger, I would wear tapes OUT from playing them over and over again (This was back when you had to rewind the whole thing to go back to the beginning! LOL).

I have a feeling that if this song came out back then, this tape would've been worn to a string, because I have been playing the video over and over again for the past few weeks. I knew I could look no further for my Saturday night song choice. I hope you all will enjoy the sultry voice of Adele, and her video "Rolling in the Deep"

A Little [ANTHONY HAMILTON] for a Saturday Night

Listening to this man's voice is like taking a trip down south and eating the best homemade cornbread... after months of living in the city life, wishing for a few brief moments home! When thinking about the type of music I wanted to share this Saturday Night, I immediately thought of Anthony Hamilton and about this song.

I hope that you all are having a very cool Saturday Night... and that "Cool" by Anthony Hamilton (with a bit of help from David Banner) will serve as a perfect soundtrack... because if you're cool, then I'm cool!!!

Peace from Brooklyn!!!

A Little [SY SMITH] for a Saturday Night

I love this woman's voice. It feels like a cool breeze in my head. And this song invokes all of the wonderful things about being in love... all that magical and inviting and exciting and adventurous. Truthfully, I need this song in my life right now. And I hope that it will be a welcome melody for you this Saturday Night. Enjoy!!

If you haven't heard more from this amazing, songstress... check her out!

A Little [ROBERTA FLACK] for a Saturday Night

God, I am so in love with this woman's voice! And I cannot believe this is the first time I am ever hearing such a beautiful song from her!!!! Of course, whenever I find something fantastic, the first thing I think to do is share it with y'all!

Chris and I are sitting here enjoying some delicious Indian food we had delivered from Sapid Indian Restaurant in Brooklyn (Their Tandoori Hara Shrimp is THE BOMB!!!)... and I type this as I eat, so I cannot think of a better song for this Saturday Night than, "Trade Winds", by Roberta Flack. Enjoy!!
